All products purchased online are covered by a one year manufacturer's warranty. Products bought from our vendors may be subject to separate warranty arrangements, please ask at place of purchase. Our warranty covers against faulty materials and/or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.

Safe Turn is not responsible for any products returned without a returns receipt number. Please be aware if you undertake any repair work yourself or by an unauthorised repairer you will void any manufacturer's warranty. Warranty applies to the original product and is not extended for replacements. No refunds are offered, unless Safe Turn Pty Ltd is unable to replace the stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the product or made an incorrect choice.
